		<description>Couldn't agree more. Writing is hard work, but more so for some than others, so it might be a bit unfair to expect content from staff members who don't have the knack. But it's also immensely satisfying in the end.

My issue is with those print designers who have very little web design experience that are creating web page layouts from their limited/specialized print design experience. I was also trained many printmedia people, like Graphic Designers, DTP operators and MultiMedia people for the WEB DESIGNING field.
Adobe Systems Inc., at Noida, UP was given me a Technical Training and Certificate for it's newly introducing packages, like Adobe Creative Suit 3 (CS3) for appriciate.</description>
